With over 10 years of experience in emotional support, my mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where every individual feels valued, heard, and understood. The heart of counselling truly lies in building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and you. This connection creates the foundation for effective therapy, where you feel safe enough to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours without fear of judgment. It’s in this space that healing can take place.
Pricing
I charge £35 for the initial consultation (up to 50 mins). Each subsequent session is £50 for 50 mins.

Important Details
Cancellations outside of 48 hours of planned sessions are not charged. Please let me know if you are unable to attend a session and we may be able to reschedule.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged at £25 to cover administration fees.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a fundamental ethical principle in counselling ensuring that what clients share with counselors is private.
However, confidentiality is not absolute, and there are exceptions where disclosure may be necessary.
All clients will be informed about confidentiality limits at the start of counselling.
